Terms and Conditions

• It is confirmed that the passenger is fully aware of the following terms & conditions and cancellation policy of the company before signing the agreement copy.
• No cancellation will be entertained without prior cancellation letter/email from your end.
• Due to any natural calamity, political disturbances, strike, if any flight tickets are cancelled from airlines in that case the amount for repurchasing the air tickets are to be borne by the passenger.
• If the client fails to arrive at the airport in scheduled time, then it will be treated as “NO SHOW”
• Due to any natural calamity, political disturbances, war etc. if the tour gets modified/ cancelled to refund can be claimed by the client.
• In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances then extra amount will be borne by the client.
• Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage of any belongings whatsoever during the trip.
• All legal matters will be settled within Kolkata jurisdiction.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

WHEN CANCELLATION IS MADE	CANCELLATION CHARGES
Prior to 45 days or more	Amount paid or the cost of supplier penalties, whichever is higher
Between 44-30 days of Departure	50% of tour cost or the cost of the supplier penalties, whichever is higher
Between 29-15 days of Departure	75% of tour cost or the cost of supplier penalties, whichever is higher.
Within 15 days to date of Departure	100% of total tour cost
In case of no show	100% of total tour cost
